What we're building first — V1
- Central data hub / CRM — one place for member, donor and board records
- Member onboarding — a rebuilt Join form that sets people up automatically
- Member map & directory — kept up to date from the member data, no double entry
- Donor & partner follow-ups — reminders and a board-facing view, less manual entry
- Event promotion & social — streamline the posting that runs across ~8 platforms per event
- Comms + quick wins — targeted messaging and small time-savers along the way
